How to Request a Refund

  1. Request for a refund of the pertinent order must be received by LifeWave within 30 days of the original shipping date
  2. You must receive an RMA # BEFORE returning the product. Only packages with an RMA number will be processed for a refund.  (RMA = Return Merchandise Authorization)

How to Transfer from PC ➙ Distributor

LOGIN TO YOUR PC MINI-BACK OFFICE

  • LifeWave.com > Log In (top right-hand corner) > enter Username and Password


❏ Cancel your PC Monthly Subscription Order


❏ Join as a Distributor (do this from your PC Back Office)

  1. Click on Join (top right-hand corner)
  2. Select Country
  3. Select Join Now
  4. Then follow the prompts. You will be asked to create a NEW Username& Password. You will receive a new LifeWave ID#


❏ Terminate your Preferred Customer Account

  1. Email Customer Service: customerservice@ lifewave.com (Use the email account you have on file with LifeWave)  
  2. For the Subject Heading: PC Termination
  3. For the body of your email type: "My name is _____ and my PC ID# is _______. Please terminate my Preferred Customer account effective immediately. Thank you."
